Multi-Channel Complaint Registration
Citizens can register complaints through the toll-free helpline, callback facility, OTP-based portal login, and WhatsApp.
Transparent Grievance Redressal System
The objective of this system is to provide citizens with updated complaint status, time-bound resolution, and accountability of concerned officers at every administrative level for grievance redressal.
